Rental Payments


When is my rent due? (Residential Tenant)
All rents are due on the 1st of each month. We honor a payment grace period until the 5th. All rents collected on the 6th or after are considered late. Late payments will be charged a 10% late fee.
When is my rent due? (Commercial Tenant)
All rents are due on the 1st of each month. We honor a payment grace period until the 10th. All rents collected on the 11th or after are considered late. Late payments will be charged a 10% late fee.
Do you accept cash?
No. You may pay by check or money order.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Although we do charge an extra 3% service fee for all credit card transactions.
Where can I pay my rent?
You may pay rent by visiting the management office on the ground floor during business hours. If after hours, you may put it in the “Rent Drop Box” located on the 1st floor next to the mailboxes.

Parking


I am a tenant. Can I park in the lot out front?
Yes. You may park out front for up to one hour. Please make sure you sign in at the front desk. Cars parked after one hour are at risk of being booted or towed.
How can I get a Parking Pass?
Please visit the management office on the ground floor. Parking passes are available for $30 per month. They give you access to the covered parking deck across Boulevard.
I have a guest that will be visiting all day. Where should they park?
If you have a guest visiting longer than 1 hour they should park in the lot 1/2 block away on the corner of Highland and Jackson.
Can I park on the curb painted RED?
No. That area is a “Fire Lane” and has a zero parking tolerance. At no time should any car be parked in this area. No person has permission to park in this zone.
Are the reserved spaces really reserved?
Yes. You may not park in the reserved parking spaces unless you have permission from 444 Management.reserved parking
Do you have a bike rack?
Yes. We have bike racks outside the 1st floor entrance that faces Boulevard. We suggest locking your bike and do not take responsibility for any thefts or issues related to the bikes.Bike Rack

Internet


Does the building have WiFi?
Yes. The entire building is equipped with an Enterprise level Cisco WiFi system.
Do you have wired internet?
Yes. Over 30,000 feet of Cat-6 cable connects every residential and commercial suite with a high-speed internet connection.
Do you provide Cat-6 wires?
No. Tenants and guests must use their own Cat-6 wire to plug into the wired system.
Is your Internet fast?
No. VERY FAST.
What type of Internet service do you have?
444 has a dedicated 250/250 MBps dark Fiber Metro-E line.
